Quotable

Sounds funny with the "Arabs" thing, but what do you think? Any application to pastoral leadership? Or not?Lawrence of Arabia: "Do not try to do too much with your own hands. Better the 'Arabs' do it tolerably than that you do it perfectly. It is their war and you are to help them, not win it for them. It may take them longer but if it is theirs, it will be better."(Not that leaders can do it perfectly.  Better they do it what you think tolerably than that you do it what you think perfectly might be a better way to put it.)
