Not my will...seriously

"So great is God, and so much above creatures, that his will and pleasure are of the greatest importance, of infinitely greater importance than the will of creatures. It is fit that his will should take place, though contrary to the will of all other beings. So great is God, that his glory is to be esteemed a thing of the highest importance above all other things. It is a proper thing that God should make himself his own end: it is fit that he should make and order all things for himself, as he does. God is worthy to be sovereign in things of the greatest importance, and even in the affair of the eternal welfare of reasonable creatures."Jonathan Edwards
